Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that personal circumstances and property completions can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both the client and our scheduled site workforce.
Cancellation window
Call or email us at least 24 hours before work begins to cancel without paying a penny. Cancellations after that cutoff may incur the actual cost of materials already purchased on your behalf, as listed on your quote.
Rescheduling
Changing the date costs nothing. We will offer our soonest available calendar opening within one working day.
Circumstances where a refund applies
A complete refund is issued if we have to cancel, fail to carry out the agreed scope, or produce work that departs from the quote and cannot be corrected within a fair timeframe.
- Full return of unspent deposit funds if a scheduled project is cancelled more than fourteen calendar days before the agreed site start date.
- Deduction of custom-milled materials, structural calculations, or pre-ordered architectural goods that cannot be returned to suppliers.
- No labour charges apply if site visits or consultations are cancelled with at least twenty-four hours notice.
Requesting your money back
- Contact us by telephone or email as soon as you know dates need to shift.
- Confirm the cancellation or postponement in writing with your site address and quotation reference.
- We reconcile any material expenses incurred and return eligible balances via bank transfer.
Timeline
Approved refunds of unspent deposit monies are processed to your nominated bank account within five to seven working days.
