What to send us

Product suggestions

Found a capsule brand we have not covered, or a format we skipped — a capsule, tablet, powder, liquid or softgel that belongs in the comparison? Tell us the name and where you bought it. We add suggestions to a review queue and check the label against the retailer's own listing before anything is written up.

Label corrections

Serving sizes change, ingredient lists get reformulated, and products quietly disappear from shelves. If a number on our pages no longer matches the pack in your hand, that is the most useful message you can send. A photograph of the current pack speeds the check up considerably — we compare it against the retailer's page and revise the entry rather than delete it.

Reading a label

Puzzled by what a capsule actually contains — what a glucosamine or chondroitin figure means, why two packs look identical but list different amounts, how to compare a daily serving across brands? Ask. Label-reading questions help us decide which parts of the ingredient guide need plainer wording, and we write back with the same explanation we would give anyone.

Guide questions

Anything on the ingredient guide or the daily routine page that reads as unclear, contradictory or just plain thin. If a section does not answer the question it sets out to answer, say which sentence lost you — that is the fastest way to make the next revision of the guide better for everyone who reads it after you.

Every message is read in the order it arrives, by a person, and not by an auto-responder.

Write to us

The form below reaches the editorial inbox directly and is the fastest route. Include the page you are referring to, and for a correction please add the product name and, where you can, a photograph of the current pack.

Used to reply to you and nothing else. We do not add addresses to any list.

Optional, but it saves a round of questions.

We keep messages only as long as needed to deal with them and never share them with third parties. If you would like a message removed after we have answered, ask and we will delete it. Our privacy policy sets out what we collect and how it is handled.

What we cannot help with

We are a small editorial team that compares what is on the shelf and explains what the label says. That work has clear edges, and it is fairer to name them here than to leave you waiting for a reply we cannot give.

If your question falls outside our remit, the person who can answer it is named below. Going there first will usually get you a better answer faster than coming to us.

  • Personal health questions

We cannot say whether a joint capsule suits your own situation, or comment on whether a supplement sits alongside anything you are already taking. Those questions belong with a pharmacist or your GP, who can see your full picture.

  • Product recommendations for one person

We can explain how two capsules differ in dose, format or ingredient list, and which one carries more of a given figure per serving. We cannot tell you which one to buy — that depends on your budget, your routine and advice we are not qualified to give.

  • Orders, deliveries and refunds

Nothing on this site is sold by us, so we have no record of any purchase and no way to chase one. If your query is about a parcel, a payment or a return, the retailer you bought from is the right contact — their details are on your confirmation email.

We would rather send you to the right desk than give you an answer outside our depth.

What happens after you write

There is no queue-and-forget here. Every message is read in the order it arrives, sorted by what it needs, and either answered, logged for a check, or passed into the review queue for the comparison pages.

  1. 1

It lands in the editorial inbox

Corrections, product suggestions and label questions all arrive at the same place. If your message is time-sensitive — a pack that has just changed on the shelf, for instance — say so in the subject line and we will prioritise it where we can.

  2. 2

We check it against the current pack

A proposed correction is compared with the retailer's own listing and, where you have sent one, the photograph of the pack. Where a product has genuinely changed, we update the entry rather than removing it, so readers following an older link still land on something accurate.

  3. 3

    The page is revised, quietly

Changes are made in place. If we changed something because of your message, we will not name you and we will not publish your message. You are welcome to write back and ask what happened to it — we will tell you plainly.

  4. 4

You get a reply where a reply helps

Straightforward questions usually get an answer within a few working days. Not every suggestion gets a message back — a reviewed-and-added entry speaks for itself — but every one is read and recorded.

Corrections are checked against the retailer's current listing and, where one is sent, a photograph of the pack.

Who reads what you send

A small team, a narrow beat, and a clear owner for every kind of message. If your question is about how two joint capsules compare, it reaches the person who writes the comparison rows.

About the Editorial Team
Comparisons

Label and dose checks

Serving sizes, ingredient lists and format changes — the corrections that keep the comparison tables honest. A photograph of the current pack is the fastest thing you can send.

Ingredient guide

Plain-language questions

What a figure on a pack means, why two brands differ, how to tell a daily serving from a per-capsule serving. These questions shape the next rewrite of the guide.

Product queue

Suggestions we should compare

Tell us the brand, the format and where you found it. Suggestions are queued in the order they arrive and worked through as the comparison pages are revised.

Routine page

Feedback and gaps

Where the daily routine advice reads as vague or skips a step, say which line and why. Feedback with a specific sentence attached is the easiest to act on.

Reporting an error

If something on this site is wrong, tell us and we will fix it

A useful correction has three parts: the page, the sentence, and what you believe is correct. Add a source where you have one — a photograph of the label, or a link to the current product page — and the check usually takes minutes rather than days.

We check every correction against the retailer's own listing before revising a comparison. Where a product has genuinely changed, the entry is updated rather than removed, so the pages stay useful for readers who arrive from an older link.

The date at the top of a comparison is the day we last verified it, not the day it was written.

Still deciding? Start with the comparison pages

If you arrived here to ask which joint capsules carry more of a given figure per serving, the answer is already on the site — set out side by side, with the format, the serving size and the ingredient list for each one. Write to us after that and the question will be a sharper one.
